What this license covers
All music tracks I publish on this website mindfulinstrumentals.com (the “Tracks”), including tracks created using Suno while on a paid plan that grants commercial use rights.

License grant (what you are allowed to do)
You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Tracks for commercial purposes, including monetized and client work, such as:

  1. Syncing the Tracks with video (including monetized YouTube videos), Shorts, livestreams, ads, and social content
  2. Podcasts and audio shows (including monetized placements)
  3. Websites, apps, games, and presentations
  4. Internal business use (e.g., background music in training videos)

Attribution

  • Attribution is Optional (i.e. not required but appreciated) subject to the Restrictions below:
    If you choose to give us credit for the music, please use the following format:
    “Music: Mindful Instrumentals” and link to: https://www.youtube.com/@MindfulInstrumentals

Restrictions (what you may not do)

  1. Do not claim authorship of the Track (e.g., “Music by me”) or give credit to any other party than @MindfulInstrumentals
  2. Do not re-upload or redistribute the Track as a standalone music release (Spotify/Apple/Deezer/Bandcamp, “royalty-free pack,” stock library upload, etc.) unless you have written permission from @MindfulInstrumentals
  3. Do not register the Track in any Content ID / fingerprinting system (e.g., YouTube Content ID) or use it to assert claims against others
  4. Do not sell, sublicense, or transfer this license to others as a standalone product (you can use the Track in your work; you can’t resell or gift the Track itself)
  5. Do not use remixes/covers made from other creators’ Suno outputs if they are ineligible for commercial use under Suno’s Remix policy

  • This license is granted “as-is.”
  • AI-generated music may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and uniqueness cannot be guaranteed.
  • This license grants permission to use the Track; it does not provide legal advice.
